【英文论文摘要】 In order to better train students' innovative ability and to enhance students' employment competitiveness, we have carried out a teaching reform embracing the following: increasing the awareness of innovative education for faculty and motivating them to play a key role in a teaching process; revising curricula to include more innovative contents; providing more resources and reinforcing practical teaching for improving students' innovative a-bility and employment competitiveness.
